While our level 1 team promises to resolve your complaint within 7 days of receipt, in case you are not satisfied with the response received from the above mentioned contact channels within 8 days of registering of complaint, our Grievance officer shall be happy to resolve your complaint.
Please furnish your complaint number, account number, date of complaint made to 55400 or 1800-2700-400 or at email@example.com and the details of complaint. Our grievance officer will endeavor to resolve your complaint within 10 days of receipt.
